Group Therapy

Teen Girls Process Group

Led by Nikkie Evans, MS, LCPC

Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm

*Accepting New Participants*

Being a teen girl today isn’t easy.

Between academic pressure, social media, shifting friendships, identity development, and the emotional ups and downs of adolescence — it’s common for teen girls to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or alone in what they’re going through.

Our Teen Girls Process Group is a safe, supportive space where teens can be themselves, speak honestly, and connect with others who really get it. Led by an experienced adolescent therapist, this group blends open conversation with evidence-based tools to help girls explore their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in who they are.

Together, we’ll talk about things like:

Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

Friendship and peer dynamics

Self-esteem, body image, and identity

School stress and family relationships

Setting boundaries and navigating social media

Managing perfectionism and pressure

This group is about connection and growth, not judgment or comparison. Through guided discussion and shared experience, group members learn to express themselves, validate each other, and grow stronger in their ability to manage life’s challenges.

Connection. Confidence. Coping. Creating Progress.

Not Alone: A Support Group for Parents of Medically Complex Children

Led by Michele Quattrocchi, MA, LCPC

Mondays 8:00-9:30pm

*Accepting New Participants*

Parenting a medically complex child comes with unique challenges that many families navigate quietly.  Between medical appointments, advocacy, and caring for your child, it can be easy to feel isolated or overwhelmed.  This group offers a supportive space for parents raising children with medically complex conditions- including rare or genetic disorders, neurological and cardiac conditions, autoimmune illness, cancer, and children who require ongoing medical care, technology, or frequent hospitalizations.

Led by an experienced therapist Michele Quattrocchi, LCPC.  As both a clinician and the
parent of a medically complex child, she understands firsthand the emotional weight,
advocacy, and resilience required in this journey. She is passionate about creating a
supportive space where parents can feel understood, connected, and less alone

Together, we’ll talk about:

Chronic grief and ambiguous loss
Medical trauma
Nervous system exhaustion
Caregiver burnout and identity shifts
Living with ongoing uncertainty
The "before" and "after" of diagnosis
Strain in partnerships and family life
Sibling guilt and divided attention
Anger, envy, and hard-to-admit feelings"

Because meaningful connection happens in smaller spaces, this group will be limited to 8-10 parents. Reach out today to register.
