Christian Counseling

“The antidote to frustration is a calm faith, not in your own
cleverness, or in hard toil, but in God’s guidance.”
– Norman Vincent Peale

We recognize that faith can be a powerful source of comfort, meaning, and strength. For some individuals and families, incorporating Christian beliefs and values into the counseling process can feel deeply grounding and supportive. Christian counseling is available upon request for clients who wish to integrate their faith into their therapy experience.

When providing Christian counseling, our approach blends evidence-based therapeutic practices with a Christian worldview, allowing space for spiritual reflection and faith-based values as they relate to emotional health, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth. Therapy remains collaborative and client-led — you choose how your faith is woven into the work.

Note: We are proud to serve clients of ALL faiths and belief systems.

At Creating Progress, we respect and honor each individual’s spiritual background, and faith-based counseling is never assumed or imposed. It is offered only when specifically requested by the client, ensuring that therapy feels safe, aligned, and supportive of your values.  If incorporating faith into your counseling journey feels important to you, we are are happy to explore how Christian counseling may support your goals.
