Billing Specialist

Claudia is our Billing Specialist and is here to help make the financial side of therapy as smooth and stress-free as possible. Prior to your first appointment, she will verify your insurance benefits so you have a better understanding of your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

Creating Progress is currently in-network with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice PPO plans. If you have one of these plans, Claudia will submit claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf.

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, don't worry! After each session, she will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.
