Does your teen need a space to connect with peers and gain support?
The Teen Girls Process Group is an open & safe space for high school girls to support each other and process through many of today's hot topics such as anxiety, depression, school stress, friendships, relational struggles, social media, body image, effective communication, coping skills, etc.
What does this group provide to my teen?
The group allows girls to:
Connect through mutual struggles
Support to one another
Learn clinical tools to survive and thrive- not only challenges of today, but for their adult life ahead.
When does the group meet?
The group meets virtually via zoom every Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm or 7:00-8:00pm.
Are you accepting new members?
Yes! The girls in the group are all very welcoming, inviting, and inclusive. New members are welcome to join at any time, so new members won't feel like the "new kid." Some members of the group have participated for several months, and others have joined more recently.
Who leads the group?
This group is led by therapist and practice owner Nikkie Evans, MS, LCPC. Nikkie has more than 10 years of experience leading small groups for girls to empower them to live their best lives, emotionally and relationally.
How do I sign up?
The next step would be to schedule a 20-30 minute virtual intake appointment. The intake appointment will allow me and your daughter to meet, assess your daughter's needs, and confirm that the group will be a great fit for her!
